- GGGabrielaDec 30, 20251.0Absolutely ridiculous...i placed a mobile order... walked in and there were no customers.... the staff was just standing there flirting with some guy and I literally stood there staring at the mobile order ticket that was sitting in the printer for over 10 min before i was asked what I needed, they didn't even care that mobile orders were coming in. It sucks because the staff has a wonderful personality but they are horrible lazy workers. The coffee was good tho🙄

The lady at counter snatched my bag out my hand & the mocked me after I told her she was rude...the Dunkin on 1992 Springfield Ave...they were nasty & rude very disrespectful like I was invisible

They need to a whole lot better than a cup of coffee on Veteran’s Day……………. IJS, Applebees and other companies give us a whole meal.
