It was my first visit and probably my last, as my experiences at Sonic franchises haven't been the best. I get that it's fast food, but fast isn’t cheap anymore, and consumers should get what they pay for. Businesses shouldn't cut corners when a customer orders via the app and picks up their meal at the drive-thru. They trust that we’ll pay, and we trust that our order will be fulfilled as paid for. We had to make multiple separate orders at once and the man working the register was being very nice to us despite the fact that it was busy. The food was also correct and good. Thank you.

I had to wipe the grease off my finger every time I got a fry as they oozed frying oil, and even the OUTSIDE of the burger wrapper was greasy, as was the burger roll and burger. The flavor was okay, but overwhelmed by frying oil and the grease from the burger.
