She looked at me, asked how many I wanted, and after I answered, she said, “ummm, actually you’re going to have to pay for that.” I was honestly shocked that I was being charged extra for tiny sauce packets after already ordering a full meal. The situation was handled unprofessionally, and the customer service was disappointing. Charging customers for extra sauce like this is ridiculous and not a good experience at all.

I placed and paid for my order before 11:00 AM specifically to receive breakfast items. However, when I arrived at the window, I was informed that because it was now after 11:00 AM, they could not give me my order at all — despite the fact that my order was already placed and fully paid for. As a result, I wasted $43 and received nothing that I originally ordered. To make matters worse, the employee assisting me at the window was very rude and unprofessional while explaining this. When I called and asked to speak with a manager, her attitude was dismissive and she did not seem to care about the situation or offer any real solution. I was left feeling completely ignored and disrespected as a customer. This entire experience was unacceptable. I paid for food that I never received, was treated rudely by staff, and received no support from management. I hope this does not happen to other customers.
