The staff does not speak to you kindly either especially when they forget to make your order or give it to the wrong person. Absolutely terrible.

I get to the window and they are out of both mango pineapple and strawberry dragonfruit refreshers, which is what my sister and I were planning to order. How could a dunkin be out of both of the most popular refreshers? Then, I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for my order. I get to the window to pay and still my order was not even made yet. This is a drive thru, I shouldn’t be waiting for 25 minutes for my food to be done. In addition to that, the older woman working at the window was very rude. All of this terrible service caused me to be late to work. It’s a drive thru! No one should ever have to experience a drive thru like this! Someone needs to advise this situation.
