- LRLee RothmanFeb 25, 20261.0I’ve been going to this Dunkin location for a couple years now and the food is great! My only complaint is the nasty rude employee (the one with dark hair and glasses, I’m not sure what her name is) who acts like this isn’t literally her job. I get it, working minimum wage is not fun but that’s not a reason to make it everybody else’s problem. Every time I pull up to the drive thru window she has this big obnoxious attitude. The first time she took my order when she started working here I was like damn, okay she must be having a bad day, that’s fine we all have our days once in a while! But I quickly learned this was going to be a consistent behavior. I’ve since started doing only mobile orders to avoid having to interact with her anymore than I already do. Like god forbid I order FOOD from Dunkin 😟 how dare I?? Anyway the management really gotta let her go. Normally I’m not one to be petty and leave reviews complaining about small things but this is truly an issue. I’m sure other customers have experienced the same thing at this location and it’s not very pleasant.

The young ladies are very kind to me when I see them in the morning. ☺️ The coffee is always delicious too. I also love ordering Dunkin through DoorDash and the food always comes delicious and fresh. ❤️

I tried to reach several times to get my money back, but nobody answered the phone. I’m disputing the charge. Terrible. I try even to use the app to scan my rewards and they didn’t know how to do it!

Morning staff is great but after 3pm, they slack. The ladies are a bit rude and seems like they don't want to be there. But if you see Josie in the drive thur, you know your getting good stuff
