  Wow, I’ve always known this location has terrible customer service but today is just the icing on the cake. My partner went to order a peach lemonade & a snack I was craving while I finished checking out & I asked him to grab me a cup with ice and a top for my drink ( I am pregnant I don’t drink from fountains ) so when I went to check on him I was told they charged him for a lemonade instead of giving a cup for ice! When I proceeded to ask for the lemonade Esau charged me for, he told me I would have to dump out my apple juice and then he would put lemonade in the cup he already gave me. So rude, disrespectful & completely uncalled for! To continue to have an employee at your establishment that for months racks up these complaints goes to show the negligence of this location. Please, do better!

  I ordered Charley's Cheesesteaks for the second time today and I ended up ordering a sprite and these guys straight up gave me a seltzer. If you are out of a drink at least replace it with somethin good. Also the fries taste like the oil hasnt been changed since I was born...

  Was just served by I think a kid that has some serious issue with the customers, not sure if it’s personal or mental, I am not sure what his name is as he did not have a name tag but my receipt says employee: Esau. I can only remember his prominent ears, as he appear to have the inability to greet me, look at my face, or even be courteous in the moment of taking my order. I appreciate the effort of Charley’s to give opportunities to troubled people like him, but I think they should at least have a name tag with a warning, as he not only showed a terrible demeanor, he verbally said “I’m asking you and you don’t answer” with a very angry tone, but there was no way for me to know if he is looking at the floor the entire time, I would make an effort to read his lips but it was impossible. This is a location I come constantly, I would like to at least know which schedules to avoid encountering this crew member Esau.
