I've ALWAYS gotten FULL bowls (see pics) but today I didn't (2 separate pics of the bowls) I ordered for me and a Co-worker and we were and are highly disappointed! I paid for 2 bowls worth double chicken and 1 with queso, combined they would hardly make 1 bowl! The girl making the bowls (tattoos on her forearm one of a snake) didn't listen when I asked for a little more of an item. Each school was under half full of everything!

- A][Mar 27, 20261.0I used to really like Chipotle, but lately the experience has gone downhill. The first time I went in 2024, the service was great and they gave full portions on my build-your-own bowl. But over time, it feels like the portions have gotten smaller and smaller each visit. Today was the worst. I got barely one scoop of protein, the rice wasn’t even a full spoon, and they only grabbed a tiny bit of lettuce. It honestly felt like I was paying full price for half a meal. I go there pretty regularly, and each week it seems like you get less and less food. At this point, I can’t recommend going there anymore. Really disappointing service and value. And the photo of the bowl still can fit a lot of rice or protein.
