Front desk manager person claimed i was not a customer therefore can’t use the bathroom. I Had to ask another employee for the code. Even after the food i ordered came out he offered no apology. Seemed not to care. On Last visit the sandwich came out hot, this time it was lukewarm/cold and undercooked. I understand everyone has a bad day sometimes, but this was disappointing.
