To that lady that yelled at that young man you should be ashamed of yourself. Hope you get diaharrea one day .

When I called to ask why, I was told I'd need to pay $20 for them to deliver them to me or come back and pick them up. The assistant manager Alberto was very kind and handled the issues, as well as the Qdoba catering line also assisted with the issue and provided me with coupons for free entrees etc. I went again this weekend to order some pickup food, used my coupons in the app, and again, Qdoba missed the mark. They were understaffed and when I sent my husband in to get the order, they stated that it was not ready yet. Instead of working on orders as they came in, the workers decided that the line of 20 people was more important than the online orders. They refused to prepare the online orders, let them collect, and would not give my husband our order until he went to stand in the line. Once we received the order, he was missing his rice and I was missing my side of sour cream.
