As I was attempting to pay for my items, I pulled out my phone so I could use my Dunkin’ app. The cashier then proceeded to tell me “you need to be prepared when you come in here and be faster, we’re busy.” First of all - what employee tells a customer rudely to hurry up when they’re trying to pay (Especially when I wasn’t even being slow). That’s some real great customer service for ya. Not to mention, there was one person waiting in line behind me - so yeah - You’re real busy! The coffee is never made the same, and I even had to throw one out once because it was completely burnt and tasted horrible. I attempted to give them another try but after the rudeness I experienced today, I will not be back. Try to train your employees to be courteous and friendly to your customers, or else you’ll lose even more business.
