  Our experience at Del Frisco Grille tonight was excellent. Starting with a jovial attentive and very helpful waiter (Aaron) which made us feel at home. And two delicious meals which went beyond expectations. We will definitely be back .

  This is our favorite place in Hoboken! The bar atmosphere can’t be beat especially with live music on Thursday nights. Top notch bartenders- Amanda & Tony make the best cocktails in town. Every time we go, Amanda is so attentive to every detail from beginning to end. Thanks for being such a vibe and good time! ❤️

  So, I told the server about my allergy before the experience began (they asked the entire table) drinks took a while, Ice melted in one of them, our server finally came back to take our order (still no bread, and no appetizers) finally got my meal, and what do you know, I guess he forgot about the allergies at the table. At this point it was a few minutes before closing. Upset with the experience, and not wanting to give them another chance to provoke my food allergy, I elected to enjoy the night with friends and family. And grabbed some fast food on the way home. I was never a fan of dining before closing, but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Reminder, I left without receiving any food (beside the pretzel, and a few beers).

  I came in around 5pm wed 29-2025 ordered their ahi tuna tacos pretty good, burger for wife, it’s ok and then the 45 day aged steak Medium-Rare, looked nice and then cut into it and it was well done. Wife asked for another since it was over cooked and then manager brought another asked me to cut it and before it was even cut down the middle he was gone. Steak was completely rare and cold in the middle. Waited hot min for bartender to come back and I asked him what did the steak look like to him..??? He looks and kinda laughed and said “Uhh def Rare…. You uh..at least want a box for that?” Umm yeah sure even tho I didn’t even take a single bite. The service of the bartender was ok I prob should have listened and just got the regular steak instead of the dry aged but no one really gave a crap about the quality of the meal or experience, and for an $80+ steak I feel like that’s a rip off and the management was absolutely embarrassing. I can’t recommend this place unless you want a drink and half a view of the town. I manage several night clubs and this type of service would not be acceptable let alone keep a good name. I hope you guys can work on these issues, kitchen/ Management and customer service. The manager could have at least took a moment to make the situation right and it was out of the bartender hands by this time. If management would have been like “hey let me make this right” or “I’m sorry what can I do to fix this” I wouldn’t even spent the time of day on this review.

  I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Del Frisco's, and it was all thanks to our incredible bartender, Jeff! From the moment we sat down at the bar, Jeff's warm welcome and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a perfect evening. He's a true master of his craft—his cocktail recommendations were spot on, blending classic techniques with creative twists that elevated every sip. Whether it was the perfectly balanced Old Fashioned or a custom martini tailored to my preferences, everything was crafted with precision and flair. Jeff's knowledge of the menu and spirits is impressive, but what really stood out was his attentiveness and personality. He made us feel like VIPs, chatting just enough to be engaging without ever being intrusive, and even shared some fun insights into the restaurant's history. The service was lightning-fast yet never rushed, and he handled a busy crowd with effortless grace. If you're at Del Frisco's, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar with Jeff—you won't regret it. Five stars all the way; I'll be back soon!
