  Excellent waterfront dining experience in Hoboken with stunning views. Aaron was an outstanding server—friendly, attentive, and great to chat with, which really elevated the whole night. The ribeye steak topped with truffle butter was absolutely phenomenal, and the cocktails were impressive. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.

  Aaron was amazing. He was so friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. He was very attentive and was on point with service. As always the food was great. Steak, sides and desert were prepared well. You are always well taken care of here and this time did not disappoint.

  Took 45 minutes to find out the food we ordered was never put in the system and then they had the nerve to charge us for our soft drinks when we told them we had to leave because we didn’t have time for them to just start making the food then. What is wrong with this place? 🤦

  Kids gave us a gift card to Del Frisco's Grille. Our first time here and it was excellent. Wife had the Passion Star martini and I tried the Just Vibes cocktail (non-alcoholic). Both were great. The fresh pretzels and honey creole butter came out and they were soft and delicious. For an appetizer we had the cheesesteak egg rolls. These were probably one of the best apps I've had in a long time. For our main courses she had the Cobb salad and I had the 10 oz filet mignon with hand-mashed potatoes. Everything was fresh and delicious. Our server, Claudia, was top-notch as well. She gave us suggestions and explained the menu since it was our first time here. We will definitely be repeat customers.

  I had an amazing experience at Del Frisco’s Grille, and a big part of that was thanks to Joshua, who provided exceptional service. It was a busy night, and the chef attended to us as our server, but he handled everything seamlessly and made us feel completely taken care of. From the start, he was incredibly accommodating, especially when I asked to be seated somewhere a bit more private and away from the crowd. He made it happen without hesitation, which I really appreciated. Joshua also did a fantastic job guiding us through the menu, and every recommendation was spot-on. We tried a variety of dishes, and everything was outstanding. The truffle mac and cheese with steak and chimichurri sauce was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The jumbo shrimp cocktail was fresh, huge, and absolutely delicious. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were a standout, packed with flavor and such a fun twist. The hummus and the flatbread with figs and arugula were both light, well-balanced, and great starters. Overall, the service was just as impressive as the food, attentive, thoughtful, and welcoming even during a busy time. Joshua really went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
