I appreciate the manager and the entire business being humble in taking accountability for their mistake and working with me on a solution which they were kind to offer me a free box of cookies. The cookies here are delicious and they are offer a great variety, but I appreciate how this business is led by workers with humble attitudes rather than lead by arrogance when or if a mistake is made. I definitely will be back here to try other treats they offer!
- DDDanielleMar 8, 20261.0Kind of a weird review because I actually love Chip City — the locations in the city and Brooklyn are great. But this particular location has been a huge letdown. I’ve given it at least five different chances since it opened because I figured it probably just needed time to get it together. Unfortunately, every single time I’ve gone, the cookies have either been rock hard (overcooked) or taste like straight flour. Half the time they also don’t even have the cookies they’re supposed to have available. It’s disappointing because I know how good Chip City can be (and I’m honestly bummed about the money I’ve wasted), but this location just hasn’t been able to deliver the same quality. What’s going on here?
