    Came here on my break as I normally do to get a #9 which is either a 3pc tender combo or 4pc tender combo. I usually order my meals small because you can. You’re not forced to get a medium or large meal. Just so happened today I was forced to get something I did not want. The order taker decided to talked back as I told her that it is a lie that I can only get medium or large on a meal as I come to this location frequently and get a small meal. I asked to speak to the manager because I’m not arguing with an order taker and the manager told me I only can get a medium or large meal but I was at the same located the day prior and I got a small with no problem. The manager insisted in ringing up my order separately to get the small meal. The order came out to $16 which was a 3pc tender small fry and cold brew. Which cost way more than the medium 3pc meal and the price I paid the day prior. I was confused as to why and the person at the drive thru window didn’t know either and proceeded to get someone else who then came to the window with the same confusion. By now I spent over 10mins at this located when I first got there I was the only car in drive thru. A third person then proceeds to come to the window asking me what’s wrong by then I’m 15mins into my break and I don’t want the meal anymore because I don’t see or understand where was the disconnect. A small meal shouldn’t cost more than the originally price of a medium size meal even if it’s rung up separately. Nobody at this location apologized or reassured me that my order was being corrected or fixed. Not a single person show consideration nor common courtesy to my problem. I will never return and I’m suggesting my fellow peers to not return to this location due to horrible customer service. Shouldn’t no paying customer have to argue with an employee of Wendy’s on their break or leave without a meal after placing an order.

    This is the only Wendy's. That is still trying to deliver during this crazy snowstorm, not caring about anyone's safety, I mean. This needs the board be brought up to corporate.And I have proof
