  we did a online order for pick up on the app for the first time and I spent around $40. It was ready to be picked up and I got there and they said that the order was not in their system. I showed them The confirmation number the confirmation email and that the money was taken out of my account. but they still refuse to make it I’m not sure if it was a glitch or something, but I was still not able to get a refund for the order

  The staff was friendly and everything tasted good and cooked to perfection. Everyone was happy with their order!

  They turned me away 30 mins before closing, the kid who got on the drive thru microphone sounded high he slurred his words and said " how are you" so I went to place my order he then rudely cuts me off saying "oh happy thanks giving, we're closed today for thanksgiving" when he sees me through the camera looking at the employees cars parked in the lot he changes his story to "we are actually closing early today" they simply just didnt want to do the job they're still getting paid to do.
