Right now there's a bit of construction to make the whole area better soon but at least the McDonald's has great employees that keep the facility clean and organized

Me and my sister came to this mcdonalds in hillside, NJ 3 weeks ago. We came through the drive in. They charged my sister card 2 times. For our order and for somebody else order. The cashier was rude, never apologized for her mistake and said it was our fault. You as the cashier are supposed to know what the person order is. And on top of that she told my sister that the refund had to go back on the card which would have been like 4 days because it was the weekend. She said because that way the manager wouldn't question why she gave her back cash. She called a " manager " or maybe a supervisor to the window and she was just as rude, clueless and offered no resolution either. The food is good there. But the customer service is lacking to say the least.

Had an issue using the app, the manager took care of it for me and I got my food super fast and it was fresh. You guys are killing it.
