We waited at the order speaker for about 15 minutes and when the employee came on, he said they were closed. I asked him why he had us waiting so long before taking our order and he just said “it’s Christmas what do you mean?” There was a car right in front of us that had their order taken in 2 minutes and when I mentioned it, he said he didn’t hear me and hung up. All he had to do was politely say “we’re sorry we had to close early today because of the holiday.” Instead he was laughing/mocking me.
