  Will was a super awesome everything worker. He works alone from 10p-6a. He’s been here since Covid. He was a transfer from Dunkin Vauxhaul. Doing great job

  Came early for a pumpkin ice latte and bagel, the ice latte was trash, tasted like water down ice coffee, no flavor noting !drink taste burnt! Atleast give people what they pay for! Not even a slight taste of pumpkin syrup is in my coffee! This is ridiculous!

  The guy who works the night shift is quite arrogant and provides terrible service. Every time I go, he pretends not to hear or understand. I don't know why this big company employs staff like that; they don't know how to treat customers.

  For a little store, I expected more individual attention. But the cashier ignores customers, gets orders wrong, and would definitely benefit from more training. Had to wait over 10 minutes for a small matcha latte, which she forgot until was reminded, and on top of that, made it hot when I told her it was iced. Pretty much all the orders have something wrong.

  Great services from the cashier, but one worker, meanwhile I used the restroom, was so rude.
