They lack awareness and have a nice looking establishment, but inept customer service. I mobile ordered breakfast. Notification said go inside your food is hot and ready. I stand behind 3 ppl in mobile order. Nobody asks me anything or acknowledged me. No problem. Door dash gets order they talk to 2nd person in line about their order for door dash as well. Never looks up to me says hi, asks if I have a mobile order. I notice a bag since I stepped in line, thought maybe its mine. I lean over see my name and number as worker walks away from person #2 I say aloud May I please Have my food. Its Right there! Ohhhh yea sorry....here. 10 min passed from when walking in to getting my food I had to ask for sitting behind the area where mobile orders are picked up. Put the food in the mobile order pickup bc you don't ask ppl or do your job correctly. Never waited like that in person. I was boiling... then the food had a chemical taste to it . Great 👍
