  Does not listen to orders what so ever. Asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese, instead got an untoasted. Not nice at all

  Food it okay, has some bad day and some good day. The service here is bad always. There has never been a day when someone is nice or friendly. Always angry & rude.

  Im not sure what happened to this location but ill only be going to the other one from now on. Whatever game they have going on here is wild. They try to make you seem like youre the one who put in the wrong order and then you get evil glares when you ask them to fix it. Im not sorry..im not paying for something I won't or cant eat or drink with my damn money. This has happened 4 times in the last month going here. I order let's say...a green tea. They end up giving me a matcha instead and say thats what I ordered. The first time I thought ...ok im exhausted with a new baby and 2 other kids. I probably said the wrong thing. Well lucky for me ive got a dash cam that records audio. Ever since hillsborough started getting even bigger the traffic and aggressive horrible drivers have gotten worse. So I invested in one. Upon going back and listening to my order, I in fact only asked for a green tea...not a matcha. Yesterday was the 4th and last time. No thanks ! Additionally they're not making the drinks right either. Last time I got an iced coffee it was so bitter and im not big on coffee as it is. I asked for extra cream and about 6 of the liquid sugar because I like it super sweet. It wasnt any of those things. I'd rather physically eat my money than come here again. The service has greatly gone down hill here. Lastly, the chatter amongst employees is out of hand. I hear personal things customers shouldn't hear so loudly that I feel like im apart of the conversation. Its rather unprofessional. Perhaps if there were less talking...there would be more proper drink making/correct orders. But what do I know?

  The guy early in the morning working about 4:30 a.m. should go back to mopping the floors. All I wanted was nice coffee and a Boston cream, and it was ready sitting next to him, but he had to be on his phone. And then when I knocked on the window, he's like, "Do you want to hold on one second?" No, dude, I need my coffee like 5 minutes ago, and I have to go to work. Lost my business because as soon as he said that I just left.
