- RNRavi Nadiminti4 days ago1.0This has been a problem every time I order online. Ordered Quesadilla online as that's the only way to order Quesadilla at Chipotle. Quesadillas are poorly made. They are stuck to the box and when picked up, keep falling apart. Portions of sides, beans and salsa, are always small - fills half to 2/3 of the separators. This is a consistent problem at this location as if the franchise owner instructed the staff to be misery. To be fair, it is a problem at nearby NJ locations as well. Reported it many times online on Pepper chat and brought it up with the cashier a couple of times but no change. All Pepper does is offer free drink in future which is useless. In contrast locations in Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, Virginia always serve proper portions of sides. Will this location ever change? Do they even care?

When I went back inside, the manager told me I didn’t order enough ingredients to make it bigger and that I should have come inside if I wanted it made right. I’ve been to many Chipotles and have never been told that before. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. Even when she offered to make another one, I declined because of how disrespectful she was. Terrible customer service experience.

I was utterly disgusted and drove back, hoping to get a refund. They said they weren’t able to and couldn’t even give a gift card. However, we received a card that stated we could come back and get a free entree. Like I would ever want to.
