Can't reach a human on phone. Has Chipotle eliminated Human Customer Service? November 2025: This has been a problem every time I order online. Ordered Quesadilla online as that's the only way to order Quesadilla at Chipotle. Quesadillas are poorly made. They are stuck to the box and when picked up, keep falling apart. Portions of sides, beans and salsa, are always small - fills half to 2/3 of the separators. This is a consistent problem at this location as if the franchise owner instructed the staff to be misery. To be fair, it is a problem at nearby NJ locations as well. Reported it many times online on Pepper chat and brought it up with the cashier a couple of times but no change. All Pepper does is offer free drink in future which is useless. In contrast locations in Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, Virginia always serve proper portions of sides. Will this location ever change? Do they even care?
