On top of that, I was having a bad day and just wanted to get some comfort food and something to drink. Team members Owen and Olaa were super nice and did the best they could to make things better, but in the long run, it was completely an APP issue. Otherwise; my donuts and drinks were amazing (especially the spider donut!). Kudos to Olaa and Owen for being helpful and patient with me during my visit. I will visit Dunkin' again but I will need a LOT of help redeeming points in the app. (I gave 3 stars to the atmosphere because it's in a bodega and strictly a walk-in store, with no Dunkin' cups or other things for sale.)

The employee didn’t even have the correct info he thought he had and what u should never do is approach someone and threaten them! Over a “stray” animal! The other guy was black and let’s be honest that’s a pretty “BRIGHT” area and who would’ve been to blame if things went left? The black male ? The black male was super calm but still made sure that the male employee and his FEMALE TOY/CO-worker were corrected! I was outside since the black guy first came up and he waited on the police/animal rescue. I personally feel as though that “couple” that works there should be fired because the black guy asked the female employee to back him up because she knew the truth! She act as if she didn’t. The male employee for Dunkin got very aggressive with the black male. Thank GOD he held his composure! Those two/that couple should be ASHAMED!
