The old fashioned donut was old and dry. The young lady behind the counter had absolutely no personality or customer service. I asked for more ice and got a few cubs, I ask for liquid sugar but I didn’t get it. I ask for some espresso in the coffee I got a shot but that didn’t fixed the awful coffee she made. Instead of apologizing and starting over she simply didn’t care. I asked for the blueberry donut instead but she didn’t listen and still give me the dry old fashion. I ended up throwing away the entire order in the store right in front of her. This felt like the DMV. Horrible customer service!! Horrible coffee maker! Teach your employees to make coffee.
