  Everyone was so polite and sweet! Thank you for everyone and how hard you work! Bernadette (i hope i spelled that right) was absolutely amazing and took great care of me and my wife! She was so sweet and kind, even though i haven't had the best day, her kindness went a long way. She was attentive since the moment we walked in and i cant thank her enough! Thank you to all the staff as well! You guys are doing great!

  I would like to say , this was my first time eating at this location , I have to say I had A nice young gentleman, Jeremiah who went above and beyond in customer service, not only that he was so polite he , had a great personality. He came around checking on the tables , cleaning up making sure ,the place was clean . He was so personal , I feel it’s very important to recognize him. If there were more Jeremiah’s around , the world would be a great place , he was extremely professional , and was so very sweet .Thank you Jeremiah Samuel😀

  I find Panera's food to be good. They need to change their drive thru service. When you order on the app and select pickup via drive thru, there should be two separate lines. One for app orders and drinks. Any other items that need preparation, need a separate line. I was on a line with at least 7 cars and waited at least half hour or more, to get my app order that has been ready for 30 minutes or more. If they had two separate lines OR a separate parking section where the customer can call for their app order it would be more efficient. The line would be shorter and customers' that order in advance won't have to wait half hour plus on line for their order. OR, if a customer orders items that need preparation, then they should pull over to a waiting area until their order is ready and will be brought out to them. Just a thought to improve efficiency.

  The food was bad, but the worst part is that you even have to heat your own food in a microwave. It's really strange because if you order something that's supposed to be hot, they should serve it hot for you to eat there. If they want total self-service, they shouldn't have any employees.
