- TTTazNalaFeb 4, 20263.0I find Panera's food to be good. They need to change their drive thru service. When you order on the app and select pickup via drive thru, there should be two separate lines. One for app orders and drinks. Any other items that need preparation, need a separate line. I was on a line with at least 7 cars and waited at least half hour or more, to get my app order that has been ready for 30 minutes or more. If they had two separate lines OR a separate parking section where the customer can call for their app order it would be more efficient. The line would be shorter and customers' that order in advance won't have to wait half hour plus on line for their order. OR, if a customer orders items that need preparation, then they should pull over to a waiting area until their order is ready and will be brought out to them. Just a thought to improve efficiency.

It's really strange because if you order something that's supposed to be hot, they should serve it hot for you to eat there. If they want total self-service, they shouldn't have any employees.
