- ICIan CarlinJan 16, 20211.0I am not the type of person to leave a bad review, or even a review for that matter. I walked out of this place in disbelief and a concern for anyone's health who came in recently. I ordered a tiramisu cake shake. As i was walking out i noticed some mold at the top of my drink. Dig a little deeper into it, more mold. different colors that looked like they could have been a topping mixture. As i was staring at it the guy behind the counter asked with an attitude, "What, what." I politely showed him and he grabbed my straw; opened it... used it to take off a top piece of mold and throw it away... JUST the one moldy part, and HE HANDED IT BACK TO ME. I said no no theres more in there. He immediately started to angrily make me another of THE SAME DRINK FROM THE SAME BATCHES OF INGREDIENTS... I just asked for my money back in which i got an attitude for as well. My mind is blown about this and i imagine there being more mold in some ingredients.

I ordered a royal cheesecake blizzard and noticed that it didn't look like it had any Graham base in it. I asked if he put it in and he said no. I said why, every other DQ puts it in. He said every DQ has the same menu and I am wrong. Tired of arguing, I took my ice cream and left. While outside I went on my phone and went to the DQ website just to check if I was going crazy. Low and behold, the DQ website says Graham base. I go inside to show him and he asks for my cup back, puts a scoop of Graham base and mixes it with my spoon. New ownership needed.
