Completely unacceptable customer service. We will never be back.

As I described the wrap I would like, the lady says woah woah woah. Cuts me off, RUDELY. And then i said no oil & vinegar, I asked for mayo and she goes so not dry then? RUDELY, I call back and ask for the owner a male employee picks up and states he owns the joint, clearly doesn’t. & would not give me her name. Nothing against primos, good hoagies been going for years. But maybe hire people with better customer service.
