    Placed an order on the app, ONE side of chicken, that is it. I arrive to the pickup window a few minutes ahead of schedule and the employee tells me I’m early. I said traffic was lighter than I thought, it’s only a cup of chicken. She said sorry, you’ll have to wait, I’m working on other orders. I looked at her like ‘really?’ and said, it’s just one side cup of chicken. She said hold on and shut the window. I figured she’d throw a scoop in a cup and have me on my way..nope. 10-12 minutes later I now have 2 cars behind me and she finally comes back with cup of chicken. Not the way I’d instructed my staff to handle situations like this, but that’s up to the owner here, not me. Next time, I will stop at another chipotle location.

    The male manager is very creepy makes the woman there workers and all very uncomfortable i genuinely think he needs to be fired as well as there was another male worker who was equally weird i didnt get their names but fire immediately

    I went to pick up an order by the window. Guy with glasses was really sweet and nice. Definitely great customer service.

    What a nasty disappointment!! Trash cans overflowing food all over the place and the food wasn't good like it was leftovers. I have been to a few Chipotles and this is the worst
