  Honestly the service from the bartender was shitty. I got set at the bar an just waited for a while before she even showed up. Then honestly i just felt ignored, i didnt see her till ANOTHER set of people set down at the bar. So yeah an i think i got checked on once MAYBE twice and i was fed up with it. Hoenstly this was horrible an sad, where the customer service wheres the love to be a front person you are the image. She checked more on the couple an talked to them more then i ever did like i said for them it seemed there were checked on alot. I honestly feel i did more time waiting then anything. Please check the cameras management i just left i was in the black shirt. This was just horrible an for somebody not even being from here says alot about how this place is ran. I wont be coming back

  We visited today and had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely excellent, everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. On top of that, the service was a 10/10. Kenneth was our server, and he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. You can really tell he cares about his customers. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

  Was there the other night reserved a table and when we got there we were told it was gonna be 30 minutes so we asked what the point of making a reservation and the hostess was very rude and nasty and instead of asking for a manager we said we did not want to eat there and we got a very snarky ok byeeeee response from the two women at the hostess area not satisfied with the customer service and the way they treat people don’t plan on going there again

  Alex is an amazing waitress at Outback Steakhouse in Hamilton. I highly recommend asking to sit in her section. She’s very attentive to detail, communicates clearly, and is genuinely kind. She also took the time to explain the rewards points system to my girlfriend and me, which we really appreciated since we come to this location often for dinner. Overall, Alex is a hard worker who goes above and beyond to give you the best experience you can ask for.

  The food was delicious as always but our servers were absolutely phenomenal. We love Terry and Alex, they were attentive while giving us enough time to decide, making sure everything was alright and overall just so friendly it really made it a wonderful experience. Would gladly come back time and time again just to be served by either of them!
