I was completely let down after traveling all the way from California to see family, hoping to meet the friendly Wendy's employee who politely asks, "Can I take your order?" Instead, I encountered a very unfriendly attitude. I ordered large fries, but received only a small portion. When I politely requested more barbecue sauce, he only provided one packet. I asked for additional sauce, but he shut the window and refused to open it again. I assume he must own the place since he wouldn't give me any more sauce, even after I honked and he ignored me completely. Very upset!!
