- IDIsabella DemarcoJan 2, 20261.0Where do I start. The girl at the bar didn't come over right away. When she did, she took our drink order. Then, proceeded to make drinks for the service bar. Bartender that we know d asked us if we had all drinks.I said, no, and she made them. Ordered a bowl of soup that took forever to come out and then it was only a cup and it was not hot. They took it away and it took forever to get the bowl and it wasn't even full and it was not hot, so we had to send it back. The topper is we watched a manager. Clean a wine glass with wine in it. I guess someone complains that the glass was dirty. He cleaned the outside and the inside of the glass with the wine in it and then proceeded to give it back to the server to give to the customer. I said something to him and he said, well, i'm wearing gloves. I told him what he did was wrong.And he walked away. Another manager did come out to see what was going on.I told him what had happened.He said he spoke to the other manager, not really sure.If he did or not, if he was just saying that. We finally ordered our food, which took a while for it to come out. Not sure if I'll go back to this place again The manager kept on checking on us.He took the soup off the bill and gave us a coupon for a free appetizer.Next time we come back.

My only critique is that my steak had a lot of unrendered fat which was inedible and subsequently left on the plate. Otherwise the dining experience was excellent. Our server "Nadine" was friendly and superb in every way. We will definitely return. Thank you Outback!
