  The young guy at the window not only he pics his nose at the window while handing over your food but is very rude he wants to be talking when ppl have too get to work I told him and he stated is his mouth he can talk all he wants very rude too customers always he needs to be removed along with the girl that stands by the window eating and talking I spend my money here every day before work to be treated this way

  Hello, I am writing to report an unprofessional experience I had at your drive-thru today. The employee assisting me, a Spanish-speaking woman who later identified herself as the manager, entered my order incorrectly. When I politely told her that my order was wrong, she repeatedly insisted that she had it correct and told me to move out of the drive-thru. When I arrived at the window, she spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner, stating, “You come here every day, I know what I’m doing,” while my order was still incorrect. She continued to give me an attitude and again told me to move from her drive-thru. I am a regular customer and expect to be treated with respect. Making mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was very unprofessional and unacceptable—especially from a manager.
