I got a bottled Pepsi and my husband got a coffee. We had to switch the Pepsi because the first one was expired. It is a shame as it is the closest one to my house, but we won't be going there anymore.

It's always the same girl making the food and she always is asking what is supposed to be on it when I return to fix the order. If they can't read or understand the slips whether it be from not being familiar with English or they just dont care, they shouldnt be working there.

I put in a mobile order and then waited in line for 15 minutes before leaving because I thought I could quickly pick coffee in between a wedding ceremony and reception (I was the maid of honor). I was wrong. Dunkin has not refunded me for the coffees I paid for either.
