  I recently ordered a grilled cheese from this Panera Bread location and was really disappointed. The cheese was completely burnt, giving the sandwich a bitter taste and making it inedible. Not sure why they would think this is OK.

  Panera has the Besttt food!!! I wish there was one close to me. The squash soup and the snadwiches are awesome!!!

  This morning between 8:50–9:00 a.m., I went through the drive-thru to pick up my girlfriend’s Panera order. I spoke with one of the workers and confirmed the pickup. After about five minutes passed without any communication about the next step, I waited politely at the drive-thru window for assistance. At first, I was greeted by a kind and professional worker. Shortly after, another employee—a woman with a brunette side braid—came to the window and aggressively told me, “Next time wait at the speaker phone.” Her tone was rude and unprofessional, and she then slammed the drive-thru window shut in front of me. Perhaps she was having a bad morning, but her customer service, professionalism, and communication were disappointing. I have been coming to this Panera location on Route 33 for many years and plan to continue visiting, but I wanted to make others aware of this experience.

  To start off, the guy taking my order was rushing me that I had to quickly decide on something I never had. As I waited, everyone was leaning on the counter/workspace on their phones. My food was not properly packed because the bottom of my bag was soaked because they neglected to fully close the lid and leave my soup open and was pushed down by the sandwich and bread bowl and not fully closed. It leaked everywhere. When I got home to finally have my half a sandwich (and not the soup because it spilled all over the bag), the bread was so hard it was difficult to bite and literally hurt the roof of my mouth. The sandwich was made sloppy and messy, For $30, it was not worth the trip and the crappy food and service,

  Everything was perfect, even though some of the customers were nasty to the staff, the staff kept their calm and still did a great job!
