- AZAllie Z3 days ago4.0Food is good and fresh. I ordered a build your own quesadilla and it was good, husband ordered a build your own burrito and was very happy. The guacamole is really good (not too much cilantro :). It was a pickup order and they forgot the chips to go with my queso and chips. Didn’t realize until I got home :/ Will be a staple in our house on take out nights.
- EEEL_Cas5 days ago3.0Still working out the kinks! Never ate at QDOBA and decided to try the Create Your Own 3 Tacos. Server was clueless on the protein of "Carnitas" one of the options on menu and almost gave me something else. For toppings I ordered Guacamole, Veggies (peppers), Pico del Gallo, and shredded Lettuce. Server was giving me portion sizes for a baby - no joke! Specifically per Taco, the Guac was like 1/4 tsp, the Veggies were like 2 slices, and the Pico was like two pieces of minced tomato and few slivers of shredded lettuce. I had to request extra especially on the Pico as she didn't even put in on all the Tacos. Food was flavorful however gave new meaning to "Shrinkflation" for the price point. It may be new employee error although training should advise they serve reasonable portion size. I will give them one more try before considering one of the many other options in the area. The tortilla chips were also incredibly salty. Two positives: cashier friendly and gentleman who greeted me at the door explained the concept well. Forgot to take pics - will do next time. Gave them 3 stars (vs. 2 stars) as they're still working things out.

The restaurant was clean, and my order came out quickly. A special shout-out to Moiyah her customer service was outstanding! She was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. She had such a warm attitude that it made the entire experience even better. Employees like her make people want to come back! Will definitely be returning! 🌯✨
