Very happy to say the staff greeted me as I walked in and it was a normal pleasant fast food/casual restaurant experience. Food was fresh. Sure hope it stays that way!

Despite not having good revenue the dining room is always filthy, food on the floor and the tables. They obviously don’t orientate the dining room because it is always a damn mess. They’re also stingy with portions, if I pay for extra meat I expect a decent amount not 3-4 pieces. The food also lacks flavor in addition, not enough seasoning. The majority of the staff is kind and attentive. However, the few times I’ve come here the managers in particular have been less than memorable. Kevin or whatever his name is doesn’t engage and comes off as rude and standoffish and was rushing me through my order despite the line being small and was very short with me when asking about the different meat options. And the Latina with the visor and the long ponytail rubs me the wrong way, I’ve dined in twice and both times she was equally cold and dismissive as Kevin. Also, the way she speaks to the workers upfront is very concerning. It’s hard to not listen with how loud and berating she is, she has a nasty attitude. Management here seems like a nightmare, no wonder why this business is failing.
