Long lines of people who, one after the other, got denied their order.. ended up waiting in line, then not having what I wanted which was a common order and then what I did order, they got wrong. Good thing I’m not lactose intolerant, because the cream they put in instead of the oatmilk was another stupid issue. Think twice before going here.. better to buy the pre bottled coffee in the store next to it

She didn't know how to charge it and charged extra for the coconut milk after asking a coworker because she didn't know how to charge it.. There were 4 workers and only one was working, and she didn't make my drink right (made with green tea). She put way too much coconut milk and put regular ice when I asked for less. Slow service overall. As a former dunkin employee, it's disappointing.
