Had the privilege of meeting the owner. Told him I would stop by. I was helped by Cali who was extremly a joy and the nicest person. I ordered a chicken diablo wrap on whole wheat which was bussin🔥🔥🔥.

Quality of sandwiches has gone down in the past 6 weeks. We get three primo size Italian hoagies just about every week. I order on the app and make sure I check to add vinegar since it does not come with the mild Italian. 50% of the time there is no vinegar. I always check cut in half and 75% of the time that is not done. I also check sweet peppers on the side. Today no vinegar, no sweet peppers and not cut in half. Also, hardly any onion on the sandwiches today. I counted 4 to 6 onion rings on them, half of one had no onion on it. (and onions are super thin to begin with). While I was in the store I asked for the missing peppers. I heard the staff say hot peppers and I corrected them for sweet peppers. Once I did get yellow hot peppers and found out when I got home.
When Sunny was working the counter, she made sure the sandwiches were made properly and even taped the order to the bag for verification.
The sandwich maker is not paying attention to the ticket. And the counter worker is not even checking the ticket for QA. I am now going to order from the Ewing store and see if they get it right. Its much farther from Highstown but at least we may get properly made sandwiches!
