After watching it through app I messaged my 2nd Dasher who told me what they do there. So for my 3rd order I placed order in app then drove to store and waited for my Dasher to arrive. She pulled up to empty drive thru and lady at window told her to pull up towards front doors because she was on a timer. My Dasher had to wait 10 minutes after driving 17 minutes to store just to get the order. I followed Dasher out of the drive thru and stopped them a few blocks away and gave them an extra $20 for the wait. This is absolutely horrible and I hope the general manager does something about it. I will never order from this store again

Take it inside tell them twice again I ordered no egg get a new sandwich WITH EGG AGAIN!!! My husband had to go back in a second time to get it fixed once again and came out with the right sandwich with beyond soggy bacon. I use to love Wendy’s but this store has truly gone down hill. Thank u for messing up my morning Wendy’s. This is why I go to McDonald’s for my breakfast
