    I’ve visited this location before and really enjoy their bowls and wraps. Unfortunately, during my last visit I wasn’t able to go inside because I saw a dog just past the entrance. I don’t have anything against dogs, but I was bitten in the past and have been pretty fearful ever since. I waited outside for a few minutes hoping the dog would leave, but it didn’t, so I ended up going elsewhere. I hope there might be a way to make the space feel comfortable for customers with similar concerns.

    I had such an amazing experience at this Panera location today. I came in just expecting a normal meal, but the customer service completely made my day. A worker named Trent helped me out, and he was genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met at any restaurant. He was super respectful, patient, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. On top of that, he unexpectedly gave me my whole meal for free, which was honestly such a kind and generous thing to do. You don’t see that type of care and kindness from people very often anymore, and it really stood out. Trent didn’t just do his job — he went above and beyond to make someone’s day better. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back to this Panera again, and I hope he gets recognized for how great he is with customers. Thank you Trent for the incredible service and for being such a good person. Panera is lucky to have you.

    Great spot for friends and family. Menu has nice offering. Good for catch up, meal, tea, coffee, treat. And uninterrupted conversation.

    I know that every business has raised their prices since the 2020 shut down. However Panera has raised their prices and also lowered their portions. 😠. The positive to everything is that their quality and variety has not. 😁.
