  Its a little disrespectful for McDonald's to charge for premium prices. McDonald's isnt gourmet. And you know that. Ill keep my McDonald's money secure in my wallet.

  They gave me cold fries. I reached into the bag to eat one a few seconds after leaving the drive-thru and the fries were cold.

  Ignorant. They see you waiting and just ignore you. After seeing someone pick their noses and then plae their order using dirty touchscreen kiosk I went to place my order at the register. I waited approximately 10 minutes and then left the place. Please have someone clean those dirty touchscreens.

  Worst experiance i have ever recieved i had a free 1 item reward for my birthday and it wasnt even any item i ended up just picking a hashbrown for the morning and a mcgriddle for my bf who payed. The whole thing got voided for some reason even when it said the transaction went throught so we went to the front and i explained it to the women and she goes wait what and then she like well i can give you the hasbrown free but YOU HAVE to pay the sandwich, like yes woman i know thats what the order was if u looked at the reciept. The i told her very clearly it was a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and im mad so im talking very loud and clearly and when she prints the reciept she ordered a sausage biscuit. And then when im trying to get her attebtion and another employees none of them look over and the employee looks at me and ignores me and then when the women comes back with the wrong order I tell her you ordered the wrong item it was a saugage egg and cheesr mcgriddle and she still says i thought you said sausge biscuit. She then proceed to reorder it again and charges another 2 dollars for the sandwich which is 4 dollars, but then as she goes back and tells them to make the sandwich she says in spanish "vieras como tiene la cara la señora" as in "you should see the face of this woman" My parents are guatemalan and i grew up in a spanish household the disrespect of those employess is crazy they should be fired for talking behind customers back in spanish. Espero que los corren si leen esto tengan un buen vida con el diablo no diosito.

  We had the Grinch meals. They were as expected. My daughter loved the socks. This restaurant is new, very clean and staff is very friendly.
