  I would definitely give this dunkin zero stars if I could. never in my life have i experienced worse service than this place right here. insanely rude and impatient staff, they are either nasty to you or incompetent. i go here once a week because it is on my way to work and im not even kidding when i say my order has been messed up EVERY single time ive been here. i refuse to leave the drive thru line until i check my bag for the missing items i KNOW will be there and they don't like that. for a while it was an old lady who was ridiculously slow and incompetent. arguing with me about paying for my food when i already paid on the app. i don't know if shes even there anymore but she ranted to me in the drive thru line about how crappy the job is, and i was like okay lady im in a rush just give me my coffee! don't even bother ordering on the app, they will 100% mess your order up. if you get a donut, they will almost never give it to you and when you ask they get nasty with you and act inconvenienced. the dunkin on mountain ave however has friendly, hardworking staff and they are efficient and never mess your order up. once in a while is forgivable but that fact that its every single time and many people have said the same thing, tells me all i need to know. do better dunkin main st.

  I ordered ONE DRINK more than 10 minutes before picking it up it was not ready they did not even start making it I had to leave with no drink…no refund…no happiness I was NOT satisfied with this Dunkin experience. Dunkin I am not running on you.

  ⭐️ 1 star Visit: Today, 11:00 AM I’ve given this location multiple chances, and unfortunately the service is consistently rude. I stopped in today at 11 AM to get glazed munchkins or blueberry munchkins— prime late-morning donut time — and when I politely asked what flavors they did have left, the employee responded with a short, dismissive tone. When I said we would just go somewhere else, she ended with a sarcastic, “K, byeeee,” which was shockingly unprofessional. This is not an isolated encounter. On a previous visit (inside the store, not the drive-thru, also late morning), she was just as rude and again they were out glazed munchkins. At 11 AM, a busy Dunkin location should still have donuts and munchkins available. I don’t know the baking schedule, but I do know customers shouldn’t have to guess whether this store has product before lunchtime. If donuts are a core item, they should be prepped and stocked consistently — especially during morning hours. We will not be returning to this location. The Dunkin on Mountain Ave has better service, better stock, and employees who treat customers with basic courtesy instead of attitude.
