- MSMichele Schaffer2 days ago4.0This is my favorite grocery store. They have the best baked goods, decent produce section, and things seem to be well stocked. My only complaint is the Scan It station at the main entrance hasn’t worked for months. It will not scan your card to release a scanner. I always have to run to the other end of the store to get one. I keep forgetting to come in the other door so I can pick up a scanner there (my bad) plus I keep thinking “surely the one at the main entrance has been fixed by now”. Nope.
- CBClaRissa Beatty3 days ago1.0If you need to make an exchange, a simple return, require Customer Service, even though the store is open with managers onsite, you must wait until 9AM. No exceptions! (Even when a willing representative offers to take care of your 1 minute, $10 issue - that resulted in me owing money to the store BTW - if Manager Anthony Rosenburg is the one in charge, your very quick slight issue will not be handled). It will be ignored; the quick resolution suggested to leadership level staff by an underling will be rejected by said manager and he will have you wait the hour even though the store is "open" and staff is offering to take care of it real quick! I've been a regular at that location for going on 4 years; for that loyalty to be ignored is DISGUSTING! PS Customer Service is something that should be available during ALL working business hours. Especially if cashiers are incapable of (are not permitted to) performing a very common cashier task such as returns!

- GEG EOct 31, 20251.0The manager here discriminated against my sister and wouldn’t let her use a coupon on her transaction despite her paying separately for her purchases. She claimed we were ‘together’ and it’s considered the same transaction. I didn’t think it was worth arguing so I let it go but I work in the industry and I know she was being discriminatory. I will file a complaint with the appropriate state agency but I wanted to leave this review to warn other shoppers since the store manager doesn’t really know how to do her job properly.
