Every time and I mean every time I Oder from this store there is something wrong with my order. And when you call the store, no one answers the phone. In my most recent order 3 items were missing. When they finally answered the phone they said that they would send the missing items. I’m still waiting.

We never received our order, and when we asked for a refund instead of store credit, the manager, "John Valenzuela", became defensive and called the police on us. Completely unacceptable behavior. If you can’t handle customer concerns professionally or take responsibility for staff mistakes, you shouldn’t be managing a business.
