  I said i would never order from this place a day in my life after the first experience … here i am ordered a delivery and this location is picked for me !! … my order was canceled by the door dasher that had a difficult time processing the order with this store .. so i drove to get the order i got there and the food was just sitting there for over a hour … the manager that was supposed to be fired before is still there but he said here is 5 dollars for your delivery fee back and gave me COLD food with barely any cheese on the pizza and walked away … ohhhhh and my cookie was in the same box thrown in with breadsticks !!! Im confused

  This place is an absolute nightmare. I ordered a large plain cheese pizza and told them twice not to cut it. Did they listen? Of course not—they cut it anyway and gave me a pizza that looked like a joke, not something I paid $20 for. The staff laughed at me, ignored my questions, and spent their time on the phone with other customers instead of fixing their mistakes. The store is disgusting—everything is dirty, filthy counters, no gloves, zero hygiene. I don’t know how this place is still open. Terrible service, rude employees, awful cleanliness, and a pizza that isn’t even worth a fifth of the price. If you value your money, your health, or your sanity—stay the hell away.

  Mi experiencia en este restaurante fue muy decepcionante. Ordené dos pizzas medianas y breadsticks, pero me entregaron productos incorrectos. Pedí una pizza con piña y me dieron una de pepperoni, y los breadsticks tampoco eran los que solicité. Desde que salí de mi casa intenté llamar al restaurante varias veces para avisar del error, pero nunca contestaron el teléfono. Cuando llegué al lugar, el empleado ni siquiera tenía clientes, pero aun así no atendieron ninguna de mis llamadas, lo que demuestra una gran falta de interés por sus clientes. Además, tuve que manejar 8 minutos de ida y 8 minutos de vuelta, regresar nuevamente con el pedido incorrecto y luego esperar entre 10 y 15 minutos para que prepararan la pizza correcta. El servicio no fue bueno, el ambiente no fue agradable y la limpieza del restaurante dejó mucho que desear. En general, fue una experiencia muy insatisfactoria. My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I ordered two medium pizzas and breadsticks, but I received the wrong items. I requested a pineapple pizza but was given a pepperoni one, and the breadsticks were not the ones I ordered. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times as soon as I left my house to let them know about the mistake, but they never answered the phone. When I arrived, the employee didn’t even have customers, yet none of my calls were answered, which shows a lack of care for their customers. On top of that, I had to drive 8 minutes each way, return with the incorrect order, and then wait another 10–15 minutes for them to prepare the correct pizza.) The service was not good, the atmosphere was unappealing, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

  The pizza is as good as any other pizza hot I’ve had. Sadly, the service in this store is terrible. Every time and I mean every time I Oder from this store there is something wrong with my order. And when you call the store, no one answers the phone. In my most recent order 3 items were missing. When they finally answered the phone they said that they would send the missing items. I’m still waiting.
