We clicked on the link from the email to make the reservation. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told they were out of lobsters. At 8 PM, the restaurant was filled with children, creating a surprisingly noisy atmosphere for what’s meant to be a fine-dining experience. The service has declined significantly since our last visit—one of our drinks were made incorrectly, the food was just average, and the “white-glove” standard Morton’s was once known for is clearly gone. To top it off, staff began sweeping floors and disinfecting tables around us while we were still dining. Given the price point and our long history of dining at Morton’s, the evening was very disappointing.
