    Waitresses said “kitchen is busy” meanwhile kitchen just standing around doing nothing. Waited over 30+ min for my entree. Thanks.

    I booked reservations on a whim for New Year's Eve. It was a lovely night they had hats and whistles for the patrons and balloons filled the ceiling before midnight the gave everyone champagne for a toast. My server was JT and he had great customer service. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves.

    I’ve been a customers for many years and never been disappointed until tonight. Awful Customer service. Our waiter was very rude and disrespectful. He asked us if we wanted to add anything flavored butter to our steak. I typically don’t get the butter because their steaks are so good it’s not necessary. As he was telling us the flavors, I was thinking sounds kinda good. I asked him the price of the butter. I was curious because if it was a lot then I would pass. I love their steaks without it anyway. His response, if you have to ask the price then you shouldn’t be eating here. He was dead serious. I didn’t respond to him. I let the manager know at the end of the night. She asked if there was anything she could do. I wasn’t telling her for a discount. We just got our bill and left. This would never happen at Capitol Grille or Roots. I don’t understand how someone would think that’s okay to say to a customer.

    If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I don’t know if is the times that we’re living in that because I’m a minority I am being treated differently or as if im less than the other white customers but the services here by one of the waiters who was also a white man who seemed to have something around his neck. Anywho this waiter was extremely micro aggressive, gave me and sister weird nasty looks and was just rude as heck. It’s like he was dragging his feet just even have some sort of decency towards us. I came bc someone recommended it but I will never ever ever ever return. Please stay away from here if you want feel like you’re back in the segregation times. All this restaurant was missing was a COLORED ONLY SECTION AND WHITES ONLY SECTION. Just to sum up my encounter with this despicable establishment.

    I hosted my daughter’s first birthday at Morton’s in their private room with 25 guests, and it was truly fantastic! The manager, Joe, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the day special. Marina, the Event Coordinator, was incredible — she kept in close communication with us and helped plan every detail flawlessly. The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptionally attentive and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
