- OOOrders2 days ago1.0I had a disappointing experience here some time ago when I took a friend out for a birthday dinner. We were seated in the back and were repeatedly harassed about our attire, which immediately set an uncomfortable tone, which we were more than happy to oblige. Afterward, I contacted corporate to file a complaint. Instead of receiving an apology, I received a call from an area manager, Chris Gerkin, during which I was lectured and spoken to with attitude. It felt less like an effort to resolve the issue and more like an attempt to defend the employee (JOE) involved. I was offered free appetizers in a way that came across as a means to dismiss the complaint rather than address it sincerely. Morton’s is not exceptional enough to justify this kind of treatment. I will not be returning.

We picked a cozy booth for my wife and I it was our ten year anniversary celebration date. The host pulled our table out and had us sit comfortably before pushing the table back in. (This was some upper class treatment in my opinion. They brought us warm onion bread with butter on the side and it was very tasty. We shared the lobster bisque which was very rich and creamy with large pieces of lobster in it. The bacon wrapped scallops were melt in your mouth tender and the bacon was perfectly crisp. For our entree we had the New York strip with a side of creamed spinach. The spinach was delectable and creamy. As for the steak, I grill. My own steak at home on a regular so it is hard the please me with a steak but this steak was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly to order. We had the duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon which is also a full body flavored wine. I also had the whiskey flight which I enjoyed thoroughly. Finally the waiter Brendan was more than accommodating. He brought us a dessert on the house and they even took our photo and printed out for us. Highly recommend and would go back! Total cost for everything with tip was around $350.
