    I ordered a breakfast wrap and told them no egg because I am allergic. All the rushing to get someone out of the speaker, they put egg on my wrap and I had to throw it away. I don’t understand why can’t the workers slow it down and listen then rushing because they can KILL someone. I’m so lucky I checked my wrap before bitting into it

    People working here are great, but having only two workers is crazy for such a high traffic spot. Manager needs to have at least 3 workers.

    The service is horrible. The employees look unhappy. The floor is dirty and the trash is filled to capacity at 9am. Never going back. Starbucks for the win.

    I usually come to this location and don't have an issue but the girl who was working at the window in the drive-thru today 11/29/25 around 4:40pm with the sloppy t-shirt and sloppy looking hair needs to fix her attitude because it matches her appearance. All I did was ask for a cup of ice with my drink which is normal for me to do.. I never have an issue. I always get a cup of ice with no charge when I purchase my drink but for some reason she wanted to charge me for the cup of ice and when I told her I didn't want it she got an attitude and said " oh God".. I'll never come to this location again. Someone with such negative energy does not need to be serving food of any sort. That one star was only marked because that's the only way I could leave a review. I attempted to call the store to speak with a manager but no one answered the phone.
