Last night, my lady and I were hungry so we decided to order Domino’s. Upon my arrival to pick it up the order, I observed that there was only one employee (Heavy set hispanic male with glasses) working in the entire establishment. He caught my attention because he was scratching his hair and digging in his ear. He then proceeded to hand a different customer his order, and headed directly to the preparation table and begin to make a pizza without first washing his hands. When I got home with the pizza, it had a very large amount of sauce, making the bread wet and extra cheese, which I did not order. Obviously it tasted terrible. STAY AWAY!!!!

Horrible customer service. I pre-ordered and pre-paid online. App estimated 23 minutes. When I get to the store the screen says the order will be ready in 50-60min. I had to leave empty handed. The past few times food quality has been slipping and customer service is non existent. They completely ignore you and when they do acknowledge you they reply with a bad attitude and are rude. Calling the store is completely useless because they never answer, be prepared to be on hold forever.
Try other locations. This is certainly my last time ordering from this Hackensack store.

The first time I called, I I gave the gentleman my credit card number and I Told him give me a second. I have to unlock it. He runs it and then says no money in broken English and I’m trying to explain to him. I have to unlock the car. He didn’t hang up the phone after they hang up the phone. They put it on block so you can’t call back so call from this phone they answer the phone And got someone that speaks English. Even takes my card number and I advised them prior to the conversation since it was $23.97 total with delivery to charge my car $22 as I unlock it and I will give him the difference of two dollars when the delivery guy arrives when did we guy came? I gave him the two dollars difference to complete the $23.97 transaction however to my supplies the next day they charge my credit card originally by charging me 2397 on the card when he was advised to charge me 22 when I asked for the receipt he said there was no receipt, but didn’t come to find out. He took my receipt and added a tip to it and sign my name When I call the next day to resolve the matter first thing out of a while was do you speak Spanish and I said no, I speak English, I didn’t ask him to get a hold of his manager because we have a situation after 40 minutes, but I think they were listening cause the men they show me the police department to file charges of credit card choice and he gets on the phone and when I advise him with the situation, he didn’t act like he totally can’t speak English when he spoke in broken English say no English no English and hung up the phone. This place is in Hackensack New Jersey in the United States northern United States state of New Jersey not state boring in Mexico or anywhere to Spanish language my family is a Spanish descent, but when he came to this country, they knew he had to speak English to advance now I’m questioning that that was The Man acting stupid because they’re running a ring when they charge credit cards extra money and fortune Signatures, and the food was not that good either got me sick

I live 5 minutes from the place but the order (just one pie) took 2 hours to get to me. The second tome I ordered, there is nothing on my pizza! I don’t know how this could have happened, but putting a plain dough into the oven and delivering it?
