  Came in roughly a year ago with my family and ordered the vegan smash burger. When I recieved the bill I noticed that I paid for a recieved a regular smash burger with animal meat... I instantly ran into the bathroom to vomit. After bieng vegan for 9 years and eating meat I was extremely extremely upset. They issued me a refund for the whole meal. I decided to give them another try roughly a year later because there food is tastly. I ordered for delivery and spent roughly $80. I recieved no sauces for any of the meals and was disappointed. I know other ppl would have just thought nothing of it but I ENJOY my food with the sauce and I feel like im paying to enjoy my food. They offered for me to pick up the sauce which I declined.. I paid for delivery already...smh. not a big deal but after the 1st huge mistake and now this I just wont be ever ordering from here again unfortunately because there food does taste good.

  We really liked this place. When I was in Hackensack Hospital, my wife and son would go there to pick up food, and they always had an amazing, tasty menu. We’ve ordered takeout many times, and the food has consistently been great, with plenty of good menu options and friendly service. However, we have an issue with one thing. When a business starts pushing political or activist messaging—like agenda-driven slogans on staff clothing—it stops feeling like a neutral place for everyone and starts catering to one segment of customers while alienating others. We’re not there to discuss any agenda; we’re there for good food. It’s your choice to allow that in your business, and it’s our choice to stop supporting it. So we won’t be coming back. Hopefully, this helps someone understand where we’re coming from.

  This place is the BEST! Joey the barista really stretches to perfect his coffee to the next level! Super charismatic. Tom really goes above and beyond at this location. It might be smaller but this location is better than the one by my house!! They are quick efficient and caring and that’s all you could really ask for in a dining experience!! They know customer service. You can’t be disappointed with staff like this! As well as the food! I love this place. AMAZING.

  Met my daughter for lunch here about 8 times so far. First review but applies to all visits. The food is really fresh and really delicious!! And the staff, SO nice! Very friendly, personable and very accommodating. Our favorite place to meet. Yes, those are lavendar lattes 💗😋😋😋

  We had another amazing experience at Bite Food & Coffee Co! This was our 5th time visiting, and it continues to impress us every time. The food was outstanding — we ordered the short rib with tater tots, an omelette, and the steak and eggs, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The drinks were excellent as well, and the service was attentive and friendly from start to finish. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. Definitely one of our favorite places — we’ll absolutely be back again!
