I used to visit this restaurant location because it was close to where I lived but on two separate occasions I found foreign matter in my drinks which in one case I swallowed some of it. I have called the toll-free customer service line and also the store itself and for some reason they are dragging their feet to resolve this issue. I was promised a refund and some rewards and I still have not received any of it it's been 3 weeks now. I will never ever go to this Chick-fil-A again. If you want to swallow miscellaneous things in your drinks this is the best place to go to. I am still disgusted about the incident and anytime I think about it I begin to gag.

Nonetheless, this very well-staffed store runs smoothly and efficiently almost all of the time. The operator – Mr. Keith – runs a tight ship, but is also willing to jump in at any position needed to assist his employees with the flow of their work. I really admire this – someone who jumps in at any position to help out, even though there are always employees to manage these functions. This store is remarkably clean, considering how busy it is. The seasonal decorations are always lovely – extravagant, even – and this location opts for fresh flowers on the tables every day, which adds such an awesome touch to the experience. Bravo to all at this location who help hold it up as an excellent example of a well oiled Chick-fil-A store.
