  Service was great. Waitress and staff were very friendly. Food was ok but I'm very picky. My family enjoyed it more then I did and would have given another start for food.

  We had them cater a lunch for us at work recently. The food was available when promised and everything was great. Tasty food, well packaged and very friendly.

  Always been happy and well-fed here! I often get takeout from here, and the food always comes in great portions and is delicious. Staff has always been eager to help.

  New management? It’s been a while since i was last here and something haas changed and I dont think i am the only one to notice bc the restaurant was full. I didn’t have complaints before but the food has improved and service was great as of March 2026. My husband and i had a better than expected experience from food quality to service. The portions have shrunk but i’d rather have normal portions (more than enough for my big eater) and not sacrifice quality. The food came out surprisingly quickly and it was fresh from the kitchen. The fried mozzarella was hot and melty. My chicken piccata was freshly made. My husband had the chicken Bryan (Texas -iykyk) and he said his was great, also. I tried his fettuccine alfredo and pasta was cooked al dente and the sauce had a great cheese flavor. Lastly, the host who seated us and our server, Kiyah, were very professional. Kiyah was attentive, polite, with great manners, and she knew how to do her job with class. Bravo, Carrabbas. Damian Mandola and Johnny Carrabba would be happy to know one of their franchise restaurants is living up to its reputation. If you ever have a chance to get to Houston, go to one of the original two Carrabbas (Voss or Kirby) which are really great quality family restaurants. I give the atmosphere only 4 stars bc it did feel a little commercial but it was fine.
