When I walked in, the girl making ice cream turned around, glared at me. Literally. I stated I was there for a mobile order and I gave my name. She just said, “You can go over there” without pointing or anything else. I went to the right and stood in front of a young man who was staring into space. When I asked where to go, he mumbled something I couldn’t hear. I explained it was my first time here and that I had a mobile order. Here again said what do you want. I again stated that I was there for my mobile order and gave my name. He rudely asked for my name even though I had already said it multiple times, then grabbed the bag and said, “All you had to do was say that.” At this point I was upset. I recognize the fact that many of the youth these days are completely devoid of proper manners and customer service. Okay fine, I've come to terms with that. But what I will not allow is disrespect when I was not disrespectful. The lack of basic courtesy from both employees was too much. No greeting, no clear direction, just pure attitude. To make it worse, their website to file a complaint doesn’t work. That experience was not even close to being worth $23. You lost a customer today.
