  Just waited 20 minutes for my order to be incorrect. This Wendy’s never fails to disappoint me. The food is never fresh. The workers never care. It always takes forever and my favorite part is you always have to check because it’s never correct. Whoever works at this Wendy’s should be ashamed of themselves. And who ever manages it needs to be fired. I will never come back here again and i advise everyone to go to a different Wendy’s!

  Not sure if people are high, tired or just hate work but every-time I pick up for people at night, there’s always something wrong with the order. I get it work doesn’t feel rewarding at all anymore it sucks but somebody just needs to check their work

  THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE .. i truly do wish there was another Wendy’s closer to my location .. I’ve never came here and experienced any type of professionalism I truly don’t even understand how they are still in business they treat people horrible I throes your appetite off before even receiving the food .

  Ordered a Baconator (two patty). Received a Son of a Baconator (single patty). I let the window attendant know. A supervisor came to the window and stated if I wanted two patties, I would need to order a Double Baconator. When asked what the price was for that, she didn't know because it doesn't exist. When asked what a Son of a Baconator is, she then stated a Son of a Baconator is 2 single patties. The large picture of a Baconator has 2 patties, how ignorant can you be? I couldn't even argue, I felt bad how uneducated they were. Good thing we raised minimum wage though, well deserved. Can't even get an inflated fast food burger right and then they proceed to argue with customers. No one if forcing you to work here, customers should get what they order and pay for.

  Excellent customer service, Assistant manager Dez was a huge help in regard to an incorrect order, Kept a calm demeanor whilst Handling the situation properly and with consideration. Also made a fantastic frosty.
